Vitan Residence, an RPF Development green affordable housing project in Romania, was recently completed-on time and on budget, with nearly all apartment units sold, despite the recent economic crisis.
Vitan Residence introduced many first time buyers to home-ownership with its affordable unit pricing. To further increase savings for residents and investors, RPF Development incorporated a full range of cost-effective, “green” design components and technologies.
Sales at Vitan Residence were steady despite the global economic crisis, which had severe implications in the Romanian real estate market.
Construction of the centrally located Vitan Residence in Bucharest, Romania began in Q1 2008 and was completed in Q4 2009. The complex is situated on a 6,000 square meter land parcel and includes 197 apartments located in three buildings. The ground floor of each building has deeded, enclosed parking spaces for the owners as well as additional outdoor parking for residents and visitors.
