Dragos Vranceau: Partner

Dragos Vranceanu is a partner at Treetops Capital and has spent his entire career working in the emerging markets.

Dragos was the founder and president of 11 DNA, Inc., which invested in small and medium sized Eastern European companies. The company’s activities expanded to include investments in real estate development and the hospitality industry.

Dragos was a co-founder of RPF Development, a property development company that focuses on developing affordable residential housing and mixed use buildings in Romania.

His career in Romania began with the founding of Carpathian Clothing; a hand-made clothing manufacturing, wholesale, and retail company. Carpathian Clothing employed more than 100 employees in Romania.

Dragos holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Bucharest and an BS from University of Massachusetts Amherst. Mr. Vranceanu is the past president of the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor and served on the board of American International Children’s Alliance, Inc. an international children’s services non-profit organization.
