Many low-income families in developing countries do not have the opportunity to become home-owners due to the lack of affordable housing options.

Founded in 2004, RPF is a real estate development company focused primarily on investing in and developing green affordable housing. RPF’s objective is to bring quality, centrally located housing to first time home buyers who have would not have been able to afford other housing options.

Recognizing the impact that construction and buildings have on our natural environment, RFD Development adheres to “green building,” which is the practice of creating structures and using processes that are environmentally responsible and resource-efficient throughout a building's life-cycle from siting and design to construction and maintenance. RPF incorporates cost-effective, green design components and technologies into its projects that make them more environmentally sustainable and increase cost savings to its residents, tenants and investors.

RPF has built a strong track record and reputation in the Romanian real estate market and residential sectors, and has achieved strong performance throughout the crisis and economic downturn.

RPF also recently started construction on Romania’s first SME Business Center in conjunction with the Regional Development Program of the European Union that will be equipped with solar panels and heating.
